Frankly, I was positively surprised when I opened the box. They are pretty nice. Thank you for completing the order quickly. I've ordered bamboo pens from 2 other sites in the past & I like these better.

Things to consider: these are BLACK ink pens & if I recall, a minimum order of 100 is required.

I prefer blue ink cuz it's best to always sign in blue ink! Maybe there's an availability or cost issue there.

Ordered for our non profit. When I ordered, I only requested text printed on the pens but then I acquired the logo, a few days later, and reached out to see if it could be added. They were great at accommodating my request and quickly made the adjustment, sent a PDF for approval and I had my order within a week. Love the pens. The process was flawless, even when I made a mistake they instantly caught it and helped me correct it. And I received them faster than expected too. I will definitely be ordering more.
One thing I wish was available is that blue ink was available in all colors instead of just the blue ones.
Other than that, A+ in my book.

This place is great! They allow you to make changes to your original order and they have you approve the final proof before they complete the order. The ink pens are really nice. You have to call their company if you have any questions about the process but they're very helpful when you do. I was pleased with their service and the quality of the product. Thanks.

Honestly, ordering was a gamble for me.. I needed 100 pens in less than a week.. I googled and found this site.. I didn’t read reviews (which is so not me) I just purchased and then I panicked (what did I just do)
I’m glad I did anyways.. package came on time, my customized image and print was good. Pen writing good. Money totally worth it.
