Polk Street Pub is a solid neighborhood spot—nothing fancy, just good vibes, cold beer, and solid bar food. I stopped in for a burger and fries ($15) and washed it down with a local IPA ($7). Polk Street Pub is the ultimate dive bar for anyone looking to kick back with some good food and drinks. I popped in last weekend, grabbed a burger and fries, and it hit the spot. The burger was juicy and cooked just right, and the fries were crispy – simple, but tasty. They’ve got a solid selection of beers on tap, so I grabbed a pint of local brew to wash it all down. This place caters to the "gentleman's club" next door. They want you to buy a bottle and go next door to the strip club so the drinks are mega expensive and they can't make much of anything...not even a dirty martini...super basic. Soooo, I wouldn't recommend stopping there randomly.

I went for brunch with my wife and daughter and had a fantastic time. The food selection is super attractive and the service was amazing. Waiter was extremely detailed on the selected options and had great knowledge on the food ingredients. We truly enjoyed our meals and the venue's environment. We are definitely going back soon!

I've been visiting this pub since freshman year in college. The beer and liquor selection is great. Bartenders are always friendly and the food is above average for bar food.

It is located in the industrial area of the south/west loop. Its a dive bar with a lot of blue collar regulars and great for watching any Chicago sports.

We had an hour to kill before our bus left the Greyhound station around the corner and found this place to grab a bite to eat. We were a little cautious about the place but when our burgers arrived they were AWESOME. They were big and juicy, cooked to perfection, and at a great price. Didn't have a chance to hit the bar but the selection looked good.

This has always been my favorite spot for a great burger and drinks but the quality of the burger is not the same. Smaller size, hardly any fries. The servers are still not as attentive to female patrons as they are to male patrons. I shouldnt have to wait 10 minutes with an empty glass. Still has great music and lots of variety on the tvs, still a very up vibe, just wish they still had the best deal on the best burgers and beer in the South Loop.
