We were in a time crunch and also didn't really know what we were doing. I called Power Graphics frantic when things fell through with another company. Ken was so polite and knowledgeable about our display that we needed graphics for. He walked me through the process and helped me get our order placed. Matthew reached out right away with a proof and they had our order printed and to us within a few days. Excellent, efficient service!

Horrible Quality and Service - Stay Away!
If you don't want to get ripped off, don't do business with them. Power Graphics Digital Imaging is an absolute nightmare! don't do business with this company. They are doing an awful job in every aspect. The quality of their products is terrible, and their service is even worse. I've never dealt with a business this unprofessional and unreliable. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from them!
The prints I received were of abysmal quality – colors were off, the images were blurry, and the materials felt cheap and flimsy. It's clear they don't care about the craftsmanship or the final product at all. But the nightmare didn't end there.
Their customer service is an utter disgrace. I was treated rudely and dismissively when I tried to address the issues with my order. They acted as if I was inconveniencing them by expecting basic standards of quality and service. Their lack of professionalism is astounding.
Moreover, they are completely unreliable. They missed deadlines, gave me the runaround, and ultimately failed to deliver what was promised. Communication was nearly impossible, with emails and calls going unanswered for days.
I’ve never dealt with a business this unprofessional and unreliable. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from Power Graphics Digital Imaging! Trust me, you’ll thank yourself for avoiding this complete and utter disaster of a company.

What a liar! Just keep it on; I am no longer their customer, but I was. I see that in all the bad reviews they receive, their only response is to claim that the person is not a customer. I had an awful experience with this company. I ordered some pictures to print, and they double charged me! It's been over 2 months, and I still haven't received my prints. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they outright refused to refund me. This company is a complete scam. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from them!

You don't know who I am, or you don't want to know? This is not a fake review, but another way for you to ignore your company's problems.

To anyone reading this, stay away from this company. Their incompetence and poor customer service are shocking. They blame customers for their own mistakes and refuse to take responsibility. My experience is just one example. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.

Amazing quality for the price I paid.
I was shopping around and I found this guys, I check the prices and I was afraid before I ordered that the quality will be low.
Finally, I decided to order.
I got my flag delivered in 5 day and I was amazed about the quality and fast shipping.

Terrible experience. The print quality was awful, colors were wrong, and images were pixelated. Customer service was non-existent. No one answered my calls or responded to emails. Avoid this company at all costs!

I ordered a print of a photo of my watercolor painting. It turned out SO BEAUTIFUL!! It was very important as I ruined the original with a fixative and so the picture taken before the destruction saved me from such a huge loss.
