Need to give a big shout out to your crews from Alabama. We were without power for 4 days. There were 20+ trucks lining the street in my neighborhood, I just knew we would have power back that day. I waited patiently, I went back outside only to find all the trucks were gone. I sat in my driveway and just cried. I drove around the neighborhood and couldn’t find anyone left. I had remembered seeing the utility trucks where they would meet up a mile or so away. I went and found them and explained the situation. They told me they did not have my side of the street But they agreed to help me. Lane Reagin and Chad Grider and their crews went above and beyond to help when there was devastation everywhere. And we were at least the 3rd big storm they have worked. Do something special for these men, they DESERVE a big fat raise! They have represented your company well!

Some tweaker works for y’all and crashed into a power pole in the company truck then ran off… Went without power for 2 hours until Alabama Power came out.

I hope you park better in Alabama than you do in Georgia. Meanwhile leaving your truck running, UNATTENDED and blocking the gas pumps where others can't get gas

Entergy used them as a subcontractor to replace a telephone pole on my property. They gave no notice to turning off my power and they left trash all over my yard.
