Outstanding customer service and exceptional quality of product!
Our business had an unusual project which required special attention and rather than turning us away (as other printers did) Lori went above & beyond to do the job right and do it well by paying attention to every detail, exceeding our expectations! I attempted to hire Powerhouse for three small, unrelated (one philanthropic) projects and was, without the slightest indication of a problem prior, abruptly and inexplicably denied service. I remain dumbfounded by the experienced and can only assume there was/is some prejudice involved. I've never experienced anything like this and filed a complaint with the New Jersey Department of Consumer Affairs when a written request for an explanation sent to the company was ignored.
