Absolutely horrible experience with PracticeBloom.

I purchased their Facebook ads service plus call center for setting appointments from the ads. The Facebook ads looked good, but the lead quality was very bad - 85% of them never showed up for an appointment. And the most of the ones that did show were not asked the qualifying questions agreed upon so they didn't even qualify.

And the call center was TERRIBLE. Literally the worst call center I have ever worked with. No one almost ever picked up on the first call - I tested calling multiple times a week and only had anyone answer 1 out of 5 calls. And when they did or called back it was bad.

I was never told the call center was offshore (Philippines). The reps also were hard to understand and did not qualify the Facebook leads which contributed to the 85%+ no show rate. I feel like they were not trained properly, and had language and cultural barriers that prevented them from being able to set the appointments as agreed.

So I terminated their services because they were not offering a service up to that was outlined and agreed upon in their contract. I emailed them multlple times asking to speak with someone about the issues and I made it clear I was protesting the balance and did not authorize them to bill me until we spoke.

They went ahead and billed the whole amount anyway. Then I protested a partial amount with me credit card company - and then the proceeded to put the entire amount into collections. So they billed me without authorization, then put me in collections for more than I was protesting.

Stay away from PracticeBloom... They have a great sales pitch, but what the deliver is no where close to what the promised. And they got nasty as soon as I questioned the services.

ZERO stars! I had a very bad experience with them. There was a series of issue's not to mention very poor communication. The minute they started running my ads, Facebook froze my ad account. Nobody could figure out why, so I was forced to create another ad account that wouldn't let me spend my ad budget I wanted. Between these two issues I lost WEEKS of marketing & business.

In addition, when they started running my ads, I had a ton of clients "opt out"! In total we have lost 60+ clients due to these ads for some reason. They were supposed to help increase our leads NOT lose clients. When I asked all Practice Bloom said was "ya thats alot". Email & SMS's were going out unsuccessful, etc. Ad copy was incorrect...I can go on & on.

I did send several emails to Matt asking for some kind of solution/compensation for all this & I was ignored. When I said I wanted to cancel with them all they said was "we accept your 30 day notice".

Absolutely ridiculous service & they really hurt my business.

I can't say enough good thigns about Matt Coffy and his med spa marketing team! My small med spa was struggling to get noticed online, and I had no idea where to start with digital marketing.

I thought it was a really good service at first, but then they turned on ads without my consent, there is a large ammount of churn, and they refuse to refund me anything for the months that I've been without an account manager.

If you want to run a successful medical spa company, you need the most cost-effective marketing. Otherwise, the competition will eat you up. PracticeBloom's team has provided me with plenty of new leads for a reasonable cost, and right now I'm even considering their SEO programs, too. The Facebook advertising campaigns have yielded good results for my medi spa practice.
