Trash internet. Don't use them. Can't even get a tech out to my house to service the modem. Company is trash. Have tried to have them come out 4 times and yet to see a tech. Terrible customer service. -10/10

I’ve had this service for a little over two years. Not many problems. Every once in a while we lose service but are usually pretty quick to get it back on. Customer service is sometimes hard to contact but they do get back to you. Overall very satisfied with service.
