Had a custom price commissioned here. The customer service was horrible the work was juvenile for the price. (I was prepared to spend the money needed for the project however I excepted higher quality). What decided I would never use this company again was when I was called twenty minutes before they were due to close on a Friday to pick up my order. Then arriving to find what looked more like the beginnings of a college party than a business and told I needed to pay in cash. Apparently they needed money for a beer run? Not happy with the lack of professionalism, quality of work, or customer service. Although when I intially contacted this business I was helped by the (owners?) mother and she was very helpful and nice.

These people are absolutely the worst to work with. I gave them the benefit of doubt for a couple months. Batesville is a small town a lot of places are a one stop shop. I went through pro prints for save the dates, invitations, DJ, engraving and photo booth. First it took me two months to get my save the dates. The graphic designer quit so I gave them leeway, however, they couldn't even meet their own deadlines. The same day which was in February I also brought the glasses I needed engraved. Finally got my save the dates which I bought my own envelopes because he took to long getting some. The end of May I met with them for invitations and had them finalized within the week with the new graphic designer (she was great and I hope she leaves this company). Well it took them like 3 weeks to print and they went out late. Also when i brought them home i realized they only gave 62 envelopes for 175 invitations. How does this even make sense. Then July rolls around and I finally get my glasses that I called about countless times. Just remember they got them in February. Wedding day comes around. He sets up the night before which is fine but doesn't show until 5 minutes before my wedding starts!!! and didn't bring someone to manage the photo booth (which will be a whole other story). John the owner looked at my mom said why do I not have time line... well if you showed up when you were supposed to you would have. Anyway get him a time line and we start the ceremony. Everything is fine until we start doing the garter toss, cake and etc. It takes him 20 minutes to start each one because he was to busy not paying attention. We get past that and comes to my group picture with everyone there and he was supposed to start playing music right away and took my photographer to turn around to tell him to play the music. Then had the audacity to ask them if they have done this before. After every song there was like a three minute gap of music and finally the other guy took over and the music went smoothly.
Last the photo booth. I had order the photo booth while we signed the contract for the DJ. All that was put on the contract for the photo booth is how much I owed. When we were talking to them about it they said and I Quote "we provide props and a person manning the station for the entire night." Great right! It didn't happen. My mom asked where the props are and they simply said we didn't bring them. Well my Matron of Honor decided to talk to them due to the confusion. John the OWNER proceeds to yell at her and says is it in the contract. She turned and walked away. Big mistake on their part because a Walhill Farms' Employee over heard everything and we had mentioned, but with no detail that we had been having issues with them. She called the general manager and the owner! Pro-Prints is no longer able to do business with them!
My suggestion is do not do business with them! the charge you more than quoted and they are rude people. I do not want another bride to experience what I did!!
