Every time you try to call them nobody ever answers the phone. The only person I ever talk to was Jessica through text ,I ordered a 20 year pin and three other items that I got for 20 year service from the city of Lincoln got the three items the pin was not in the box. It was on the packing list though. Called Jessica to try to get it replaced, was no help not impressed with this organization whatsoever.
