We have banked with them for the last 5-6years. We are looking at other banks and will be switching soon. They keep rearranging things so that we overdraft and holding checks when they've NEVER been held before in order to continue to charge us fees. Never had a problems in all the years until recently. They've taken a few hundred from us now. Do not recommend, go elsewhere! We certainly are.

I have been banking with profed since they opened their doors in the Columbia City branch. I love this credit union. They have always gone the long mile to be friendly and helpful. I took a friend in and they explained every option to give her the best money saving loan possible. Thanks all of you in C.C. for being a great team!

I was told my mortgage rate would be locked in at 4.125. They didnt because they thought it might drop more. I asked to lock it in. They ended up getting me 4.5 so 5k extra on the loan for them. I was told my mortgage would be 375 and it is 600 which i didnt budget an extra 2500 a year for. Took 3 months to get it done. Never took that long with my other places. Very disappointing very dissatisfied. I am going to see if another bank will take over so i have trust in the bank. Try Campbell and Fetter out. Way better place to bank!!
