I absolutely recommend PromoLeaf to anyone and everyone looking to make custom products for their business! I had originally presold mugs to my customer base and intended to get them made through a different company, only for that company to fall through and tell me they could no longer make the mugs I needed. I found PromoLeaf and Chance and his team helped me get the mugs I needed and were extremely helpful every single step of the way. Their artists are fast and Chance is one of the most helpful people I've met in the business world - he made sure everything was just right and checked in with me often throughout the process. Excellent communication, excellent product, and excellent timing. I will definitely be using PromoLeaf for future custom products!

I have ordered from them twice. First time was fine, but the second time exposed this company for how bad they are.

I ordered a sample of a mug which I had to pay for. That's fine. It arrived and I liked it. I was checking to see if I wanted it and liked how it was engraved. The bottom of the mug was blank. I then ordered the mug, and PromoLeaf/ their supplier changed my design multiple times, to which I had to decline their proofs. Finally, after almost a week after submitting a simple design, they finally sent me the right one.

I then ordered 36 mugs after having to double and triple check with the rep that they would use the correct file and size for my engraving. At this point she seemed annoyed that I was emailing her, but why was my simple design changed so many times?

Fast forward to receiving the mugs, and while the sample was blank on the bottom, all 36 of my mugs have PRINTED on the bottom 'MADE IN CHINA'

Andi, my rep, told me that she was surprised and that normally the origin country is denoted on a sticker, NOT something so egregious and large, and NOT printed! Plus, myself and her ACKNOWLEDGE that the sample blatantly misrepresented the product. She pointed out on the listing that the origin country was 'CN', but the issue is that both their supplier and PromoLeaf were not aware that it was going to be PRINTED on the finishes product.

They inaccurately advertise their products, meddle with your designs, ruin the finished product, blame it on the supplier, and stop responding after offering $20 off the next order.

The kicker in all of this is that they told us that they didn't know about their own product. Insane.

Avoid PromoLeaf.

Beware that any samples you order cannot be returned for a refund. It does clearly state this on their website, but there are a lot of other companies out there in the promotional products industry that will send free samples.

Here is my email to the manager after they dropped the ball hugely for a promotional item I ordered and needed for this coming weekend:

I’m beyond furious at this point. I was explicitly told it was shipping last night and would be at my home by Thursday or Friday. That clearly was a lie.

And let’s talk about the total lack of communication. You promised to call me last week — you didn’t. Then again today, nothing. Not a single update. No explanation. Just silence.

I honestly don’t even have the words to describe how unbelievably unprofessional and disrespectful your company has been throughout this entire process. It’s unacceptable.
