Very rude and offensive. Nicolas Haverstock told me (after revealing a very personal situation) that my daughter attempted suicide “in order to get away from” me, and when I said “wow, is that what you’d say to your daughter”. He said “no, my daughter is not being raised by an a**hole”. Now they have dropped my case, all because I needed information for my court date and the appointed attorney would not return my calls. They do not uphold basic human and constitutional rights. The taxpayers of Indiana are getting duped. They need to be investigated!

If I could give a negative 5 I would. Even after the 6th Amendment Coalitions report about these vile human beings corruption with Prosecutors and Judges of Indiana in forming one of the largest "Guilty Plea" mills in the Nation, they continue to make false claims that they cannot help people with Post Conviction Reliefs without a court approval or an individual having to be incarcerated to do so. They represent a true parasitic nature on the taxpayer by taking taxpayer money and DOING NOTHING to earn it. Shame on them and their families, especially since they help to ruin peoples lives AND those peoples families. May God forgive your soul because you don't deserve forgiveness from humans.

The operator was very helpful and had a very pleasant demeanor when it came to my questions regarding the process of obtaining a public defender for an appeal process. She directed me in the right place and I appreciate that.
