I love this place. For anyone who already is participating in outdoor adventure, they have an excellent selection of not only brands but many useful items. Yes they're prices are high, but honestly they do a pretty good job at keeping 20,% or more deals rolling steady so sometimes it is cheaper than the brands website. The events that they offer are in my opinion priceless. Just do a little research on what it is you want to get into and prepare a budget for what you will need, they pretty much can get you started on the rest.

I can’t thank the team at Public Lands enough for their exceptional service! I was on a tight timeline to get a new bike for a Christmas gift, and the staff and manager went above and beyond to ensure it was delivered in time. They were incredibly helpful, communicative, and truly cared about making sure the big gift arrived right on schedule, and the whole experience was seamless.

A huge shoutout to the team for making this holiday gift extra special!

I have yet to find customer service like that online…

This was my first visit to this store. I want to note that Natalie in the shoe department went above and beyond to help find the perfect sandals for my kayak/fishing trip. Although I left the store empty handed, she led me to the website to order the size I needed. In addition, I was approached by many other kind employees who offered to assist if I needed anything else. I would recommend not only the store but the staff in your pursuit to finding the perfect item for your needs.

Was just there yesterday and their signage is very misleading. I purchased items that were on the 75% endcap and nowhere did
I see anything that said select styles. Granted I live in Ohio so it would be a special trip to dispute, but customer service is not high on their priority. I know next time if I ever shop here again. Maybe I'll stick to REI where customer service is key.

I really like this store for fishing and yeti products. Great selection! There clothes are a bit on the pricey side of things but good quality. There is absolutely no hunting gear here, that’s a bummer.

What a shame that they have Connor and Scott representing this company. Indignant, rude, condescending are just a few works I would describe Connor. Called Scott the manager to help address an issue I was having with Connor and he didn’t seem to care while Connor stood there as we were talking to Scott, trying to intimidate me. As a woman, I would highly discourage anyone from dealing with these guys. I’ll take my business to Willy’s or Dicks before I ever go here again. Disgusting attitude and abrasive personality.
