If you rent from here, I hope you encounter Luis because he is the nicest person I have met amongst the Public Storage Staff. He is so attentive and saw that I had struggled and dropped an item by the gate and he came outside from the office to help me. I hope he is recognized for his kindness and professionalism as not only an amazing employee of Public Storage, but more importantly a great person, which is super hard to find these days!

Had a great experience today with Anthony! He was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly as he guided me through the entire process and very patient with all my questions. The area is also clean, temperature controlled, and safe! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking in the area for their storage needs! 🙂

The facility was new, spacious, clean, and exactly how it was described. The large gates/elevators made my move easy. The employees were friendly, professional and organized. They immediately assisted me with finding my storage unit and going out of their way to source my access code. Prime location. I was impressed and I'm happy that I came across this Public Storage unit!

The quality of service was excellent. Rhamel was very helpful and informative of the storage unit that met my needs. He showed patience when asking questions about pricing and duration of which I’d be using the unit. I would highly recommend this location as the staff displays attentiveness and quality service.

So far this place has been an okay experience. My experience has been on and off due to the construction going on in the loading dock. Some days it has been difficult to load and unload but recently the construction work is progressing and I am seeing improvements. Also sometimes the elevators have some issues trying to load in due to imputing your access code first but for the most part it works out. You need to have your code in order to access the elevator. I am looking forward to the completion of the construction project however and hoping to stay here for as long as I can as they have very good rates. Everything is pretty straight forward though when it comes to access to the units. I am grateful to the team here that has helped me with any questions and concerns that I may have. Thank you to Gisele and Rahmal who I have been helped by. Thank you.

First experience with a storage unit and it was incredibly frustrating, to say the least. I finally moved out yesterday after 5 months. As others have mentioned, it's super easy to sign up online and book your unit. This is probably where the pros end.

Now for the cons:

- Parking. What a disaster.... the lot is incredibly tiny to begin with, so if there's a moving truck already there, good luck. However, there has been constant construction happening next door, so the parking lot is non-existent. The last few times I've come here, I had to find street parking. When moving my stuff out yesterday, we had to park on Northern Blvd blocking the bike lane cause the construction guys wouldn't let us in to the parking lot, and there was a giant truck already there.
- One of the elevators has been down for months so you need to use the one at the far end of the building.
- I had a unit on the 6th floor. It's advertised as climate controlled but that's debatable. I went there over the summer and it was HOT.
- Prices went up after a few months, to be expected. But when there are no improvements being made along with the inconvenience of no parking and elevators being down for months, this place just is not worth it.

Save your money and go to any of the other storage places in the area.
