It was very clean. 1.20 Euro. Very kind attendant made change (though change not guaranteed). Place to hang your things in stall. There was toilet paper. Stall door locked. Automatic soap, water, and dryer all worked. It was cool inside. Great place if you gotta go.

Toilets were closed in the middle of the day. Pretty useless if you need the toilet.

If you're pregnant and absolutely desperate the staff at the Castle Angelo will let you use the toilet but they will also escort you back of the premise. The toilet is near the entrance/ticket office.

My wife says this is the cleanest bathroom she’s ever been in in Rome, perhaps in all of Italy. And she lived in Italy for 3 years, so she should know. Just €1!!!
