My wife and I worked with Sean and his team in earnest for three months in late 2017 as we searched for our new home in Park City. Our experience was nothing short of amazing. Sean and his colleagues were extraordinarily proactive, responsive and patient throughout the process. They showed us so many houses that they recommended (and others that we wanted to see even if they didn’t think they would be good fits for us) and they never tired during the process. Sean gave us terrific advice during our negotiations with the sellers and ensured we got to a timely closing. Our experience with Sean was excellent. We are (were) from the East Coast. We decided to permanently relocated to Park City. With Sean's help we found the perfect place for us. The challenge initially was we had no idea what that was going to be. Over the course of 4 months Sean was incredibly patient with us - showing us houses in a variety of neighborhoods at many different price points. Our search ranged from Jeremy Ranch to Deer Valley. At no point did we ever feel like we were being pressured. His knowledge of the community (or rather communities) is outstanding - everything from the educational system to all forms of recreation and most importantly - the characteristics of each neighborhood. He helped us with great trade resources after we received the inspection report to get work quotes, and after we closed to get the work done. Overall a fantastic partner for us during this pretty emotional process. We couldn't be happier with Sean or our new home.

With very short notice they had the house deep cleaned, windows and carpets cleaned, had realtors in to review the home to arrive at a reasonable sales price, had the home staged beautifully, and photographed.
