Great experience for my daughter. The only thing that would make it a better experience is the phone system. I left messages to reschedule an appointment and Release It never got my messages. As a result, we were charged a no-show fee. It was extra work for both us and Release It to resolve the issue. It was resolved swiftly, but shouldn't have been necessary if the office had gotten the message. My daughter loves her therapist and we are happy with the progress she is making. It would be nice to work closely and directly with the therapist to determine if the medication is helping instead of sending reports back and forth and relaying messages between the therapist and our daughter's PCM.

Hello Everyone! I never thought in a million years that I would be receiving therapy/ counseling. My whole entire life I have felt shut in and was not able to use my voice until I met Mrs. Elektra! Mrs. Elektra is such a sweet, intelligent and kind hearted person she has been changing my life around for the better and I am so grateful.
