Sam was an amazing help! I moved a far distance and had a short amount of time to do so, but he was able to not only able to quickly find houses to my liking but also set up viewings quickly. I worked him hard as he met my needs to look at 10-15 homes a day over a few days all over the Charlottesville area. He was super knowledgeable about the area as well.

10/10 would recommend Sam! When my wife and I made the difficult decision to sell our home, we immediately contacted Sam to help us figure out a game plan. We had sold our previous home and bought the current home with him and always walked away with the best outcome. This time was no different. Sam spent tons of time running comps, helping us prepare for photos, coordinating with buyer’s agents, and made sure the closing process was super smooth. We had a contract in 5 days and closed on time with full asking. Sam even helped us coordinate a cleaning service since we were moving about 3.5 hours away. Sam was not our first realtor but he will be our last. I will never use anyone else but him. He is amazing and made the house hunt/buying process so easy. He was always available to talk too and show us homes. He was so knowledgeable and helpful when it came to explaining things to us. He recommended our mortgage loan guy to us and we were so happy with his recommendation. Prior to meeting Sam the house hunting had really become frustrating and we wanted to throw in the towel. We are so glad we didn’t. Working with Sam felt more like a friends/family connection versus a realtor/client interaction. I would highly recommend using Sam to find your first/next amazing home.

I can't say enough about Sam. If you are looking to buy a home, he is the man you want. He went above and beyond for us. He helped us find a home that fit our needs, is in a great neighborhood and was in our price range. He never hesitated to answer any questions we had, no matter how silly we thought they were. As first time buyers, we had a lot of questions. He was extremely patient, walked us through every step of the home buying process and was always up front and honest with us. If you are a first time buyer, Sam is definitely who you want in your corner. I can't thank him enough, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home in the area.
