If you’re considering San Juan signs for any of your sign/advertising needs, please RE-consider. I called 3 days in a row asking for someone to come to my business which they could literally walk to from their location and was promised a callback and never got one. I was able to FINALLY get Rick to come to my business and during the quote he said he called me and came to my business “several times but could never get ahold of me” I informed him that I have surveillance cameras covering every angle of the property and not once did I see him or anybody show up from San Juan signs nor did I ever received a call or voicemail from anybody from San Juan signs. I had purchased my sign elsewhere and Rick took it with him the day of the quote and said he would have it up by the end of that week. A week and a half go by and no sign up or installed, no call, NOTHING. I finally had more than enough and call around 11-12noonish a few days after the week and an half that went by and ask the receptionist what time they close and she says 4:15pm. Odd. I tell her my name and business and that I will be by before they close at 4:15 to pick up my sign. I’m done being completely ignored and lied to. I show up at 4pm to pick up my sign and the receptionist was looking everywhere for it and called Rick on his cell phone several times while I was there and he wasn’t answering. I waited a good 20 minutes and finally asked that my sign just be dropped off at my neighbors building once it was found. Horrible, HORRIBLE communication, customer service/relations. I would not recommend to anyone!!!

We hired San juan signs to wrap a large trailer for our business. They did an excellent job from start to finish. The Graphic Designer listened to all our input and didn't hesitate to make requested changes to the design. He had no problem incorporating our artwork to make it all come together. The team worked really hard to meet our expectations and deadline. Thanks again San Juan Signs I would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future.

Outstanding service and support from San Juan signs! They’ve been taking care of our sign needs since 1999. Barian really cares about what we wanted in our signs and offered a lot of creative options with their advanced graphic design software . They don’t have a fancy place and definitely don’t charge fancy prices. Common sense people here and excellent customer service .

We were on the the phone asking for a sign for a door. The lady said well we need the measurements. We attempted to give them but Barbara ended up getting mad saying go somewhere else. We hope she was just having a bad day. We do wish your business the best. You just cannot treat people that way!

Came to them with a clear vision, having some sign design and creation background myself. They helped get it done on time and within budget, a bit under even. It was also easy to work with them, even with this company being in New Mexico and myself being in Eastern Washington.

Ordered a sign and design looked great. Ordered. Talked to a lady named Linda about situation, said would take care of it. Month gone by still no product, sign. Be careful and shop around for better service.

Lady in front was vary nice n helpful, but the employee that helped me (Robert Bailey) was kind of rude n had a snobby attitude. Will think twice bout coming bk ova here if that's how I'm going to be helped.
