The staff have exceptional people skills in that you can feel their desire to fully serve their customer. They all carry a relaxed demeanor which was great for me a non-techno person. The initial conversation was not about $$$ but how best to meet our needs. This was such an extreme change from our last website designing company. I enjoyed working with the designers Chelsey and Jen who listened to our ideas and acted on them in a timely manner.
