I was recommended to this company. I believe the quality of their products and installs for wraps are good. Looking around after they completed the work I hired them for I found Sign king to be extremely expensive comparitivly. I wouldn't have minded the price difference but the communication from them was terrible.

There was several times throughout the process where I had to reach out because I didn't receive correspondence I was told I should receive. This was the same across the board. All together I seen and talked to 3 different people and received the same minimal info and feedback from all. As stated wouldn't have been so bad but I spent a lot of time and money doing business with them. I'm just glad the wraps turned out and seem to be installed nicely. Wish I could rate higher but customer service really needs work, it starts way before the Job gets done.

Sign King has been awesome to work with. They got our sign up within the time they said they would and it looks great. The logo on the sign was smaller than we were expecting, I contacted them and they said they’d get it taken care of! DeLon has been so professional to work with and we will be using him again in the future for all of our sign and banner needs!

You can tell how good a company is, not by how they operate when things go right, but how they operate when things go wrong.

To no fault of their installers, our project wasn't installed properly. There was a lot of hardware that should have been removed that wasn't, and they worked around it to get the job done.

After a couple of months, it started to peel due to the hardware not being pulled off. They came out right away to fix it (AT NO ADDITIONAL COST).

Then came the invoice. It was more than what was originally discussed, but that was because the specs had changed. There were additional panels that were not included in the original quote. After looking back at the thorough explanation, it made sense and we wanted to pay the invoice. BUT, they didn't charge us the original invoice amount. They went over above and beyond and charged us a smaller amount because the line items had been calculated improperly. They could have charged us for the entire amount and we wouldn't have even known. It was almost a $700 reduction in the price. That's integrity, and if we ever need another install made in the area, we're not even going to consider anybody else except Sign King.

I called 10 minutes to close with some questions and the man I spoke with was completely kind and answered my questions well. I submitted my artwork the next morning and received a quote and a time estimate, another great phone call. That afternoon I got a call saying the project was done (early) and the cost was as stated before. I was very pleased with the whole encounter and will most definitely be using them in the future.
