Great prices, great products, and FAST service! I've had them do three vinyl jobs for me in the last three years. Can't wait to do business with them again. In the past I've dealt with the sign place near the Main Street bridge in Richmond and the sign place in Hagerstown, and was not happy with either of them. Signgrafx is the place to go.

I believe in giving companies an honest review. Can they make a sign? Yes. If you’re a small company that operates on a “whenever, whatever” basis then you should be fine. However if you’re a large company of professionals that needs a sign by a certain date, with prompt customer service, you should look elsewhere.

This is a company that you need to check up on and follow up with constantly. Emails are pointless. An email you send on a Monday might be answered by Tuesday evening - maybe. We had several questions via email that were not answered and when we called, we were told that WE were holding up the process by not placing a PO. Sorry but we ask questions before blindly purchasing things. If you need to call, you need Peggy’s cell or else no one who answers will know how to answer your questions.

We were told we’d have the sign around the first week of September. (Three full weeks to produce a 6 foot sign) WE had to follow up after not hearing much around the due date week and then were told that their manufacturing place had issues and needed to make the sign thicker and there was also a shipping issue - both issues causing the sign to be delivered and installed almost three weeks later than expected. We contacted them in July and only now (late Sept) did we get it. Yes, issues happen. But it’s Sign Grafx’s responsibility to keep their customers satisfied and updated.

The redeeming quality here is that our sign actually turned out well. Peggy and her assistant installed the sign by themselves. So thank you for that.

Long story short, sign itself looks great. Took a very long time to produce as well as working out many communication issues. My opinion? Great sign. But go with FASTSIGNS if you want better service that’s done quickly. (They produced two building signs for us at another facility within just one week).
