A friendly, popular bar with ample space for parties, dinners, and friends. Attentive service and bartenders. Solid food at regular midtown prices. Dive-bar details but Irish pub fundamentals. Been rocking for a couple decades or more. Decent burgers and fish n’chips. Not a bad caesar salad with salmon. Comfortable.

Slattery’s Midtown Pub is an absolute gem, and my experience there was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for a fantastic meal.

Claire, the bartender, was the highlight of our visit. Her professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for her customers were truly impressive. She crafted some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had, with perfect balance and flavor in every sip. Her attention to detail and ability to read the room made the entire experience feel personal and special.

The food was equally outstanding. Their $15 lunch special is hands down the best deal in Midtown! The portions were generous, the flavors were spot on, and the quality far exceeded expectations for the price. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of value and taste.

I recently hosted a private event at Slattery’s for a birthday and had an amazing experience. John was great to work with- he was flexible with package options and very professional. The space itself was much larger than anticipated spanning the entire second floor including an outdoor balcony. We had our own full bar as well as bathrooms and high top tables. Both food and drinks were great. I would highly recommend Slattery’s!!

Claire is AMAZING! Top notch service with such a warm and welcoming vibe. Visiting from NH and had one of the tastiest bloody Mary’s ever, plus the food was delicious. We will for sure make this a spot on our NYC trips.

My family hosted our annual Christmas party here. John was very easy to contact and helpful with planning. Jacob and Linda were fantastic as our bartenders for the night. We had such a fun time and will definitely be back for next year’s party. The package came with a ton of food and they were consistently replacing empty plates. The space was perfect. We had 30 people but there was definitely room to have double if not way more. We will absolutely be back to Slattery’s and I’d recommend it to anyone for a party!

Came here to watch the Super Bowl because I read on their website that they were offering all you can eat (a selection of 10 different appetizers to choose from) and premium open bar all throughout the game for $75 per person. When we arrived for our reservation none of the bartenders or servers knew that the pub was offering that and I saw it online and they had made two post on instagram promoting it. When someone finally had some Information it was barely any. I was told “open bar, doesn’t include tip or taxes and everyone at the table had to do it and we could discuss the food because the server didn’t know what food was included in that. We ended up ordering regularly off the menu. I saw they had a drink menu online and when I tried ordering drinks off that menu the female waitress seemed confused telling me they didn’t have that drink and I had to show her the cocktail menu online. Another table was interested in the same thing and they were confused as well. Their server also told them all they could order was beer and wine, when a different server told me earlier it was open bar…..There’s no one to blame here, but poor management. The staff had no information about their promotions or the menu.

Fantastic drinks and a complimentary atmosphere for us on the opening game night! Kyle the bartender took very good care of us. We shared the chicken pot pie and it was more than enough for two.

Undoubtedly a midtown hidden gem.
Will be back for another game day for sure!
