Drive thru order 8:30PM- Friday . Very disappointed .
Matcha was too thick , I usually never stop here because I have been disappointed in the past, decided to go to this one since it was late. I wasn’t expecting this tho. I had to go home and empty the cup 3/4 of the way they put way way the amount of matcha necessary . Thankfully I had some oat milk at home, but who wants to do that .

All I wanted was one cheesecake.. there was a nice lady in front of me that had two kids, there were no problems allowing them to go before me.. the issue is she decided to take two other customers that had big order compared to my small cheesecake. So I politely asked for my money back. 80% of a restaurant is all about the customer service and how they treat customers. I can't read minds and I can't tell you what she thought. No matter what I will not eat or drink at this Starbucks again.

The barista was very nice and he made sure our drinks came out great. My only issue was the wait, it took about 10 minutes after I ordered at the drive thru and I was the only one in the line. But I enjoyed my drink nonetheless

As you can see from the photo, we got a little carried away with the drinks😂 very delicious, and the service was perfect. I can always bet on perfect service at every Starbucks I ever go to. The Strawberry Acai Lemonade was AMAZING! The Vanilla Iced Latte was also DELICIOUS! We also got the Birthday Cake Pops that were perfect! Will always love me some Starbucks!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I visit the drive thru almost every weekday morning and am greeted by a pleasant Kat each day. I say my name and she already knows my order down to the extra drizzle. She really helps start my day off on a positive note. The gentleman that is almost always at the window is also wonderful. I don’t know his name, but he too so appreciated. It almost throws my day off when one or both are missing. Starbucks is really lucky to have these two fantastic employees. Kat even goes the extra mile and writes sweet notes on the cup. I’ve never had a bad experience at this Starbucks even when my favorite people are off.

Good morning tally.
I often come to this location due to the fact that we Buckers have our favorite store that we always go to but I was in dire need of a drink. Well since I was on this side of town I decided to stop in for a Mango Dragon fruit refresher. I asked for light ice because I recently had my braces removed so my teeth are sensitive. When my name was called I noticed it had a lot of ice in it. I said excuse me I asked for light ice. The guy takes it an pours the ice along with the drink out little by little as if he's waiting for me to say WHEN. I kindly left the store but wasn't satisfied with my drink. Went back in an asked for it to be remade by someone else an please no ice. I'm not an on edge person to where I come to you with attitude because you never know what someone is doing thru. I felt like he could have just remade the drink an not poor it out like he was upset that I asked for light ice.

I went through the drive through tonight at 850 or so and despite being so close to closing they were excellent. Gabe was working the window and he was very kind and welcoming. Whoever made my drink also did a great job. Will be back. 😊
