This is the agent you want! I have sold two homes with Sherpa and worked with Chris Mott both times as well as Matt on the second sale. Their marketing is incredible, their custom videos literally sold my properties. This is what sets them apart, the ability to sell the dream of your property so more buyers get interested. My first home went under contract in 1 weekend during a sellers market, but my second home went under contract in 1 week in a buyers market when it was high interest rates and tough to sell a house. In both cases this team did the leg work to market my home, work with buyers, and help me through any challenges that arose to get me to a quick close.
