We ordered for our son for track 5 weeks ago still nothing my wife emailed them and they never got back so we called today and didn't get any where don't ever order from them very unprofessional. Track season started already not sure why our school went with a company with a 2.9 Google rating....

I was approached by Bud Williams and Tom Droney to open an account to order apparel through them. Despite high costs of their products I found a few that were acceptable. Fast-forward, after receiving the merchandise there was apparel that had damage to the fabric from the heat press application. I contacted them and was told to return and they would redo, they sent back the exact same damaged ones. I contacted them again to send me a return label to send these back again! That was Feb. 2024, it is now April 2024 and they have not sent a return label but keep sending me invoices even after I keep emailing them both detailing the tracking numbers & dates. I finally gave them one final last chance to take back these damaged polos or I was going to toss them and that they could no longer invoice me for them. Today April 9 they bill me again! If there is any higher management level that reads this please fell free to contact me to resolve this as I am no feeling harassed by your company!

This company is apparently changing over from Macs Worldwide. Been waiting for an order I placed in August and still haven't received my order. I have been trying to get an update for months and keep getting told they will check on it or get back to me with tracking info. Still nothing. Terrible customer service! I suggest you choose a different company if you want your items to actually arrive.

Buyer Beware!!! June was our first experience working with Team Pride through our soccer club. Most of our uniform order arrived as expected yet it is now November and we are still waiting on training shirts to be delivered from the June order. Customer service has tried to remedy this the best they can but to no avail. Should have learned our lesson but we didn’t and went ahead and ordered additional shirts in August. It is November and no sign of our order. For $10 shipping per item you would think you were getting your order somewhat quickly. Not the case.

I have used Team Pride for many apparel orders for 10+ years. They always deliver top quality gear and they do so in a timely manner. The staff is personable and so helpful. They have rushed orders for me, fixed orders, and went above and beyond. Not only do they provide top-notch service, they continuously give to our community! I am so thankful for my relationship with Tram Pride.

I've personally had nothing but difficulty with this company the past several months; between misrepresented shipping charges to missing items on the web stores to inconsistencies in product availability. Even when I was told by one of their local reps that they were going to correct an issue by being provided a new one, I was let down. After our initial discussion where I was told I'd be 'taken care of', I haven't heard anything from him in well over a month. It even took 2 weeks for a facebook response to my question (and at that point, I simply stopped bothering).
Additionally, my notice that my product won't be shipped because not enough items were ordered - I've spoken with other families personally and directly who ordered the same products, and they haven't received any notice of cancellation, so either I'm the only one mysteriously not receiving part of my order, or other families have the unfortunate privilege of such a large delay in being notified their order isn't processing.
All in all, I will support my local booster club in other ways, but will never use this company again to do so.

I was forced to order with this company from my kids school. Their shipping took forever and I only received some of the items that I paid for a few of the things were missing. They claimed backordered and that they would send me a different item but I never received I waited patiently and it has been over 6 months and I never received the items that were missing from my order. Very unprofessional and they pretty much stole my $ because they never mailed the missing items. My mistake was believing they would send the items and waiting now is too late for me to make a claim with my bank. Do not recommend and I suggest schools stop doing business with these people.
