Our office has struggled in the past to find quality IT support that is both knowledgeable and at the same time not priced in the $1000's monthly for a small dental practice. Not only do we have remote managed support within minutes after placing a ticket during business hours, but if the issue can not be handled remotely, Rob our local service tech will come out the same day and fix the issue. He checks in periodically after the weekly scheduled maintenances are performed to report any concerns that come up or to make suggestions to help run our daily business smoother.
