Do NOT recommend, will never use Nikki or Sheila for my future transactions in Alex City or anywhere again. Their mobile notary service also unprofessional and unreliable. Their checks don’t clear in time and have no guarantees.
Claim its all banks fault, when asked to cancel check and wire money instead refused to help me the customer to whom they have given a check to instead of wiring money in the first place. Another way of the company to keep your money and make interest knowing full well the “banking laws” and their delays with large checks for a refinance. 2 weeks after closing still haven’t received. Said “do you have enough funds to clear the check”? Of course I don’t that’s why I am taking the loan in the first place absolutely ludicrous. As a business they know or should know the banking laws/delays with large checks and if they don’t they shouldn’t be in business. Another way of lining ones own pockets with someone else’s money. Unethical and unprofessional. If there was a negative scale they would be!
