I was working with Tracey from TCT on a logo design. We conversed a few times and I was comfortable paying the full amount for the logo vice the deposit they asked for. However, once it was time for her to make the final edit to the logo, she stopped communicating. I have emailed her twice with no response. So, needless to say, she kept the money and I don't have a logo, files or anything to use. I cannot recommend them.
