This is my local UPS location, and I've never had an issue while dropping off packages or using notary services. Employees have always been efficient and courteous (if not friendly). They won't go above and beyond, but the expectation to use the store's tape, print labels without charging, etc. is unreasonable.

These guys are great! I was cleaning out the co-op of a family member who passed. They had 30 years of papers, checks, tax returns, etc as well as a few items we wanted to keep. The crew couldn't have been more pleasant, helpful and efficient as we shipped boxes to multiple addresses and shredded over 60 lbs of documents. We brought in all the items unboxed. They took care of everything and were patient with us as we unloaded suitcases onto their scales for them to pack.

I’ve been to this UPS store twice, a couple of months apart and had a very bad experience both times. The manager is very rude and unprofessional.
Every time, he would make me wait for 10 minutes to « get things done ». Also, instead of professionally explaining that this UPS location only offers self service, he would with the rudest attitude say I have to label my packages myself, otherwise the branch would incur labor time and cost. When the other employee tried to help me with placing the UPS labels on my boxes, he told her not to and that I should do it myself. Very bad customer service, do not recommend this branch.

I dropped off a labeled package, and when I checked the tracking number a week later it still hadn't been processed. I called to ask them if they could double check the store and the person I was speaking too became very defensive, told me nothing has ever been misplaced and kept interrupting and speaking over me until I was forced to hang up. Ended up calling the main UPS number and they were able to help me track it down no problem. Really weird and aggressive experience with this store.

I was told there is a "new law" established around March 2023 that Amazon "easy returns" need to be packaged by the customer. Instead of informing me about this, my package was scanned and THEN I was told there would be a $2 fee for tape. In principle, I walked out and went home to tape the package myself.

Very rude service. Paid for a shipping label online but didn't have a printer. The woman wanted to make me pay not only to print the label but even for the time on the computer to print it! And remember this is for a package I'm paying ups to ship. Just go to Staples - they can do all of the same services and much more and are way friendlier.
