With the cold creeping in, I decided I should better replace my door sweep. I purchased the EZ door bottom. The vinyl is so stiff with the cold that it has made it almost impossible to open my door. I’m worried about the door knob, hinges and even the stress on the window in my door. I’ve trimmed the door sweep to fit as the instructions tips recommend. Now I can’t return!! Very frustrating!!

You DO NEED an appointment here. No matter what the BROKER tells you. Call ahead to make sure you have an Appointment. It is not the receivers FAULT if you do not have an APPOINTMENT it is the BROKERS FAULT and your dispatcher for believing the BROKER when he say that it's FCFS(FALSE FALSE FALSE). The receiving personnel was polite and accommodating with the answers.

Purchased 2 window screens for emergency. Flimsy ... There was no packaging! Arrived one on top of the other w/piece of bubble wrap between them in shipping box. HD Customer Service said shipped from manufacturer.Called Thermwell and Customer Service rep was rude with an attitude and suggested I purchase a box to put them in.These should have come protected as these need to be stored until needed. Customer should not have to provide their own packaging especially when purchasing multiple screens of various sizes ... Why are these not in a box or at least sandwiched between sheets of cardboard for customer storage? I won't be purchasing anymore of them for this reason ... Buyer beware!

Ordered Frost King 10'×25' 6mill black plastic sheeting thru Amazon. Product was 10" short. Measured only 24"-2" long strethed flat .Too late to return as I need to make due to get in the garden to make up for bad weather. Very disappointed. I absolutely needed 25'.

My issue was with the thermwell magnetic floor vent covers. The magnets are not strong enough and when cut to size and painted the edges of the magnetic strips curled which is not a very good thing to happen.
