I entrusted Jarett at town square media to take care of me and be honest and he did none of that lying about radio ads and about the website now $500 later I have nothing to show for it thanks Jarett.

Absolutely awful Jarett lied directly to my face just to get a sale he does not care about anything but the sale I believed his pitch and got taken advantage of they dont intend to run the radio ads as promised because I was unhappy with the service again JARETT will do anything for the sale but it doesn't mean he will uphold to his promises.

I wish I could give negative stars. The worse experience I have ever had in my entire life! Only business I know that authorizes transactions on your account without permission and says it because you didn't answer the phone. Or the fact that their reps continue to call and bug tf out of you to become a member even when you say you're not ready! They have stolen over 600.00 frome. Highly recommend going somewhere else for website services.

I would not recommend the service arm just because I had a problem with my Google and the only reason why I went with them. They said they could get my Google up in less than 10 days. Also, I dealt with a guy named Josh and kept telling him you know that’s not working and they did a website that we had no access to our passwords. Plus we paid for a couple other services that were never Ever on the computer for if you look up your business, it does a search bar and engine search and I paid for that and paid for several other things and it never came to the front. I will also say that I talk to them several times about counseling and they anyway they build me and I told him I would like a refund because he didn’t do the services that they said they were going to provide and he said oh yes, no problem get your full refund they did not give me a refund and they billed me for a new month that I haven’t even had services so I would not recommend this company at all.
