Went this morning to get passports for myself and my son. It was the best post office we’ve been to. They were extremely efficient and quick they got four groups of people done in the matter of an hour. Please be aware that you have to have your own photo copies of your documents for them to see you and also Friday and Saturday are their busiest days. They’re really nice and helpful though, they do walk in for passport 9am-2pm with a lunch hour at 1100/1130-1200/1230. I was super happy with my experience here. I had went to two other post offices back to back to get turned away bc of how slow or rude they’d were and the huge lines. I recommend coming on a weekday as soon as they open to get seen quickly.

08/2024, DO NOT GO HERE FOR PASSPORT services!!! We had to do our child passport. We arrived early on a Saturday morning along with 4 others before they opened and waited till the passport time at 9am just to be told they might be able to do some passports but never gave a time and they also said they may not get everyone done. So we left and came back when they opened on Monday, we waited 2 hours after the 9am passport start time to be told that this is a secondary service and that it will still be a while before they can start any passport processing. 2 others had to leave due to the long unforeseen process. During our wait we witnessed several others come in with issues of not getting their mail and were not treated very kindly.

I just left this post office. I was turning in my application for my passport. The lady behind the counter was rude and very very slow, and she was whispering with the guy there about something being wrong with my application and other countries not letting me in, but she wouldn't tell me why or what was wrong. I am assuming I will have trouble with my passport and may even have to come back and get it redone, but she wouldn't tell me what was wrong or how to fix it, so I am just stuck waiting until someone informs me of what the problem is.. seems like a waste of time and effort but the post lady wouldn't tell me what was going on, so I have no idea.

Update: I got them in the mail and I had to send one back because the clerk misspelled my son's 2 letter name...

Went in the other day to buy postcard stamps - they only had 2.5 sheets. Seemed friendly enough. They have decent hours although they’re just a bit tricky to find as they’re in a big complex. You have to know where you’re going. Very clean. Can get passport done there too.

Civilians are not allowed to come to passport services at this location as it is on a military installation. Do not attempt to come here if you are a civilian

The lady who assisted us with our passports on 8/14/23 was the most horrific employee I have ever witnessed. She was very passive aggressive. Unfriendly. Barely said two words and moved slower than a sloth. She approved my son’s photo. Then when I asked her if we could hurry (we had been there for over 2 hours and I had a work call in 15 minutes) she suddenly felt the need to retake my son’s photo. When she showed us his documents to approve and sign she yanked it out of my hand and wouldn’t let me read it. I’m just hoping someone who works there might read this review. I would be fired from my job if I treated people like that. I’m not even confident she will mail off his passport. 😟

We went to get our passport we were late 11min they don't close till 5 our fault. But I asked if there was someone who may be able to over ride the time and the women at the front said NO when I asked if there was an exception NO, she did not tell us we could come back thw next day and she was very short in her comments. We went back today, and the man at the front desk was nice and knowledgeable. However, we did not have copies. I asked did they have a copy machine they said no. We left. I am so frustrated we've been given so much conflicting information we were told to go down town for a walk in there not excepting walkins. At no point did anyone tell us we needed copies of everything we'd never done passports before. It was on the paperwork we filled out bit you'd think that everyone we were chatting with would have reminded us to get copies. We were polite thw whole time. Not happy with service at all.
