Although fairly new to Fairfax office I am very grateful to be a part of. Brady and other management team has been exceptional in helping me get started again after being away for a few years. Vector marketing in my opinion is the best thing going for any young person who (with a little umph to succeed)is given that opportunity. You will learn all the skills that will benefit you for a lifetime. Very good money also if you follow what they teach and put in the work. Love working with Vector. I transitioned from the military and having a full ride scholarship. I’ve been with the job for 5 years!

Position is challenging but really simple. Showing off the product line to customers and helping place orders. I got a base pay for every client I saw and usually made a lot more off my commission pay. Every customer I saw gave me 10+ referrals so I never ran out of people to see. Sales part was the easy part the referrals was more of a learning curve but still got good at it after some practice.
