We love our Visiting Angels! They take such great care of our Veteran! They are attentive, provide excellent care and help with grooming, make healthy meals and always clean up the mess! We know we can always count on them to arrive on time. He looks forward to his time with the angels each week. The office staff are super helpful too with scheduling and making sure we have everything we need. We highly recommend Visiting Angels!

Visiting Angels has been a God send for my dad. Having them come and visit is what allowed him to stay home as long as he did. Rita ( his caregiver) knew how to cajole and tease my dad to get him to what he needed to do without him getting angry.

Meghan, the case manager, was such a breath of fresh air. She wants what is best for my dad at all times and does her darn sets to make sure that happens, even if he is an ornery old vet.

Visiting Angels has taken amazing care of my dad and allowed him to stay home to be who he truly is, depression, dementia, PTSD and all.

The communication and care across the board have met my expectations. There have been some scheduling difficulties; however, the care manager worked diligently to get them resolved as soon as possible. Overall, I am satisfied with the personnel and the care they provide for my father-in-law.

My friend is an elderly veteran who is in the process of getting home care from Visiting Angels. He's had a visit from a manager and a nurse so far. I was present at both visits, and both of these women were lovely. Both were patient and listened to my friend's concerns. They haven't been able to match him with an aide yet, but I have high hopes for whomever they send.

Visiting Angels was literally a life saver not once but at least twice for my father. They were there to be sure that when my father had health emergency that the EMTs were contacted and that he safely arrived at the hospital. They also made it possible to live in his house even through the winter months. Special shout out to Emily Green. She was always extremely responsive to any issue that arose.

I am the responsible party for an elderly person and was referred to Visiting Angels by a friend. It was great advice. Through their expert and humane assistance, my dear friend was able to live in his home in dignity and comfort and my own anxiety level was reduced to nil because I knew that Visiting Angles were on the job. Indeed, it was the caregiver who found my friend when he passed away; for both of us, she was like beloved family and it was so appropriate for her to be on the scene at his passing, since she was the primary reason his quality of life was so excellent the last two years. Geez. Where to begin?! Turning the corner on elder care and caregiver searching is daunting, of not depressing. Visiting Angels is the answer. They vet and train their caregivers and formalize the process to provide the warm blanket of security that we seek as VA clients. Having had 2 of their caregivers in our home, I can safely say that they were competent, literate, hard-working, conscientious, and delightful!! Need I say more!?!? 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👍👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
