DO NOT WORK WITH VYDE. I am unsure how they have any positive reviews. Their system never works so I generally have to manually put it in anyways.
Last time I emailed they didn't even answer most of my questions.
They're likely going to be late with my taxes and after reading other people's experience, I'm nervous it won't even be correct. I'm over this company and trying to find a new one. So disappointed in myself for letting it go on for so long

Very good service, really like the convenience of the online access. Have no complaints, but we stopped using the service because we had paused using our LLC, so we didn't have any use for the service anymore. While we needed it, it was top notch!

This company OVER-promised and UNDER-delivered. Their "tech platform" doesn't work!! They say they have their own accounting system.... and get you off of Quickbooks. HOWEVER, you do not have visibility into your own finances because the basic monthly reports and tax estimate functions DO NOT WORK!! BE WARNED my small business friends. You are way better off with a company like HAVEN or just hiring a bookkeeper and tax person. STAY AWAY FROM VYDE-- they changed their name because they had such a bad reputation before... re-BRANDING DOESN'T FIX THE TECH AND BUSINESS. I wish I knew before.

My account manager keeps all of my company information updated constantly and makes me aware of any items that need clarity from our end. This gives our company a great sense of security knowing that the financial records are totally in order and there will be no scrambling at the end of the quarter or year. Is also a great resource when any financial numbers are needed for budgeting, monitoring or presentation. Overall great experience.

Scheduled a consultation appointment online and they completely ignored me. I got the automatic email and text that my meeting was going to start soon yet they never called me. I schedule a second consultation and actually got a call, but the "tax consultant" lady is so bad at using the phone that she muted me within the first 3 minutes of the call and didn't realize it. She also was quite rude and didn't listen to what I was saying in the 3 minutes she could actually hear me. Terrible representative of the company. Never using this for my business.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. This company is awful. They made significant errors on our taxes (including submitting a return without our signature, filing our income incorrectly, and more), are a nightmare to reach, hire inexperienced tax advisors, and have poor communication. They cost us a significant amount of money due to late filings and have zero sense of urgency. The one competent tax advisor I talked to seems to now no longer work for them. Stay far, far away from this business.

TLDR: I'm very disappointed in this company's lack of professionalism. I feel like I was baited into what was effectively a marketing scam. Interacting with this company has been a big waste of my time, and I think they were just trying to mine data on me and my LLC.

WHOLE STORY: After forming an LLC through IncFile, they recommended that I have a free tax consultation with Vyde, who then scheduled me for a 30 minute consult. The rep mostly did all the talking and asked me a lot of questions about my LLC, but didn't really give me any useful info (oh, he did be sure to say "remember, there's an important day every year on April 15th. You need to make sure to file your taxes by then".... thanks.....

After 10 minutes, when I asked a question about 1099 wages, he promptly hung up (could have been a call disconnection). I didn't get a call back, and he didnt return my call after I called twice to try to restart the consult. A few hours later I called the 1 800 number for Vyde and talked to someone who was pretty helpful. She scheduled a follow-up for later in the afternoon, but that scheduled time has now come and gone, and I didnt get a call back. I even called the rep myself 10 minutes past the appointment time and it went to VM.
