Agent Wanda seemed “confused with her words” when my wife called for an auto quote. Although she answered the phone with a FULL GREETING, once my wife explained why she was calling, she quickly changed the story by saying “I thought you were somebody I asked to call me back. Sorry, we’re super busy & I can’t take your quote until Monday!” ~ a bit strange however you can always tell when they get super rich & only deal with who they want to. She lost a good one here! 😉

Wanda Mckenzie, at Walls Insurance, has made every step of the insurance process easy. Because they are an independent agency, they can find the best deal for you so you don't have to shop around. And Wanda did just that. She found me the best price, a very good deal for auto and renters insurance. In addition, she is always very prompt to respond to my questions and policy changes. Having been non renewed by my last agency because they randomly decided not to continue doing insurance in Virginia, I was frantically searching for new home owners insurance. Tried all the big names and a few small names and everything was 2 and 3 times what I was paying. After checking google and reading 5 star after 5 star review on Walls Insurance Company I gave them a last ditch try and they came thru big time for me.
