I placed an order early January and I was getting concerned that I had not received my order. My husband and I were in the area and stopped by the store. Victor was assisting with a delivery but asked how he can help, we said we just wanted to check on an order status and if busy we can come back..Victor said no worries come on in give me 5 mins. Turns out there was a miscommunication -not on We Print’s side -but even so they made sure to get it fixed right then and there. This is the first time we hear of or ordered from We Print and I have to say, when we were on our way we had no idea what to expect or what attitude we were going to get based on some reviews BUT we can now say that we were met with nothing but courteous professionalism. Victor and team really went above and beyond for our situation and we can’t thank them enough. I’m glad we met them in person and look forward to using their services for our personalized needs.

I stopped here randomly to ask for printed shirts for our family vacation and they came out perfect enzyme and for the best price I will definitely go back. The owner is so nice.!

Staff is extremely short tempered; don’t expect whatever due date they shared with you to hold true. Would advise making sure you’ve got an extra month of your time past your due date to compensate with their extremely poor customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

Proceed with CAUTION. We had a great experience with We Print Marketing for our first two orders but then after that it was a mishap which was rectified but then a second mishap (admittingly on their end both times, because they do NOT confirm what you are asking for or send proofs to review) it has been radio silence. The last mishap was a banner we ordered for a conference where we stated we did not want it double sided; it came double-sided, and he ensure he would replace it but then fell off the face of the earth. My coworker left multiple voicemails, spoke to employees and asked Vic, I believe who is the owner, with no call back. It seems he has instructed the entire company to not return our calls or emails. I tried to be fair and not write this review but the fact that everyone else has 5 stars is laughable. We have been waiting since JUNE 2024 for our new banner. I emailed last week to Vic and copied three of his employees on it in a last ditch effort but since it has been 1 week and NOTHING as far as a reply I felt obliged to leave this review.

Takes almost a month to get an order done and gets mad when asked about the details of when it will be done. Horrible service would not recommend
