I needed to sell my Aunt's home as it was time for her to move to assisted living. Shane Corbin has been a family friend for a long time so I reached out to him when I was in town. I explained to him we may need him to help with various things since I live 11 hours away. He was more than happy to go above and beyond to help make the sale happen. We agreed on a competitive price listing and signed papers. Shane went and cleaned the house after the estate sale so we could get pictures quickly. The house went under contract in a day and we closed within the month. He even took my Aunt to closing since she can't drive.
