This was my first time visiting the boardwalk at Wildwood NJ. Quite impressive, scenic, with lots of shops and eateries (mainly fast food offerings). They have a tram that takes guests from one end of the boardwalk to the other. Moreys Piers is a great spot for kids, with lots of rides and arcade type games. I was not very impressed with how far out the ocean was from the boardwalk. It's QUITE a hike if you're lugging chairs, towels and a cooler!

Great family-friendly place to be!! The last time here for me was over 30 years ago. The boardwalk piers are so updated with great rides and attractions that it was mind-blowing. Extremely well patrolled by local law enforcement. This to me is definitely the best attractions boardwalk in all of Jersey.

You will not get bored on this Boardwalk! So much to see and do. The stores and games on the Boardwalk are interesting and fun to look at. The T-shirt places are hysterical to look at and to see the latest trends happening. The piers with all of the rides are plentiful and so much to choose from. There’s at least 2 roller coasters called The Sea Serpent and The Great White. The Sea Serpent is scary but thrilling at the same time. There’s lots of kiddie rides such as the boats, merry go round, teacups, etc. The prices to go on the rides are expensive but it is fun. We rode the Giant Ferris Wheel and it cost us $28 for three of us.
We felt safe on the Boardwalk in the day and it seemed fairly calm at night. The police patrol it frequently on their electric buggies. There’s lots of benches to sit on if you’re tired and want to people watch.
There’s a great place for the dogs to roam and have fun. They looked like they were having such a great time!
The tram car runs after 1pm, which is a good way of getting to different parts of the Boardwalk quicker or a way of soaking up the atmosphere of the Boardwalk!
We did a Surrey one morning on the boardwalk and that was fun. Lots of bikes on the Boardwalk from 9am-1pm.
The temperature seems cooler on the Boardwalk day or night so dress accordingly!
Do not wear spiked heels on the Boardwalk because you’ll get caught in between the wooden slats!
The food choices are numerous. Most restaurants look clean and tidy so there’s lots of choices to be had from pizza, pasta, deep fried snickers, funnel cake, water ice, Curley’s Fries, etc etc.
I’ve been coming to this Boardwalk since I was little. Little has changed. You can always rely on this place to give you a great time away!

Wildwood Crest is well known touristy area with a long boardwalk filled with gift shop, fast food, arcades and amusement rides. It’s a great place for kids to enjoy and have fun with friends and family. It also has a huge public beach for all with warm waters and low depth. During high season in the summer, it is recommended to do lodging reservations.

So much fun!!! A little pricey for the rides for but they have wrist band options for people going for the day. The beach was nice! The sand was soft, there was a bit of waves and undertow in the water but we were able to enjoy it. Got overcharged for a hoodie but it's cute and kept my daughter warm so the price was worth it!

Very nice walk. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and rides right there on the beach. My So and I had a lovely time and visit strolling along the boardwalk. Hotels are a bit pricey but reasonable. Safe area and a curfew enforced for Minors after 2200. Fireworks around 2200 as well…nice escape or weekend getaway…

Wildwood Boardwalk is clean and colorful with the ocean in sight and walking from one end to the other, you will cover 2.5 miles, one way. There is a tram car available, to view, at your leisure, the myriad pleasures, sights and sounds. Games, goods, and rides to test your mettle by slinging you into the atmosphere. The pic of the vehicle on the beach, is a taxi, to ease your trek across the enormous beaches. If you come, look for me. My Service Dog is one of the few on the boardwalk. Say hi! I can not recommend a day here highly enough. The beaches are enormous. The food is delicious. The people are friendly. It costs a lot. What doesn't? However, you can unquestionably spend an entire day here and never do all that is available. You'll have to come back again!
