I cannot say enough great things about Jessica Fowlkes. As a first-time homebuyer, I was pretty nervous about the whole process—inspections, appraisals, titles, closing—it all felt overwhelming. But working with Jess made everything so much easier than I ever imagined it could be.

I joked that she had to show me half the homes in the city because I was being particular and wanted the right fit—but she never missed a beat. Jess was patient, responsive, and completely on top of every detail. When I found the home I ended up buying, it wasn’t even on our original list for the day—it was a last-minute addition Jess worked into our schedule while we were already out touring, and it turned out to be the one.

From start to finish, Jess made the process smooth, stress-free, and truly enjoyable. I’m incredibly grateful she was the one guiding me through it.

What a joke, they pass the blame off to the owner of the property instead of providing good customer service. Service/maintenance requests take forever to complete and it's supposedly up to the owner if they want to fix the problem. When you rent from this company you are not the priority, the homeowner is. Wilkins does not work for the tenant! Also, when receiving the security deposit back you have no say to dispute the charges. Wilkins and the owner decide what to deduct and you get no say about it. I do NOT recommend this company.

I am writing this review pertaining to, Terry Dziedziok, the realtor that represented me in a land sale back in November of 2024. I found Terry to be professional in every way. She went above and beyond to keep me informed and to protect my interest. The integrity she showed throughout the transaction was impressive. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Was approved for a townhouse and all because I inquired about the price of one next to it that was only a $100 difference they lied to me saying they rented it out to someone else. No one has moved in. It’s still sitting with a sign in the front yard.

DONT waste your time. I placed an application in with this company, called and called to check for approval. I placed the application on a Friday in which they typically have a fast approval process. I called alllllllllll week and finally received an approval on the Wednesday thereafter apparently nobody had answers. They were still “reviewing applications.” Anyways my grandmother was contacted, NOT me. THE ONE APPLYING FOR THE RENTAL WAS ME! I got not a single call! Anyways, deposits are apparently received first come first serve. Not to mention, I’m out of town and stated that on Friday upon checking on my application. Paying the deposit was not an issue! But we’re not even given a time slot to pay deposits, especially being the 50th person called for ONE house. The house was given to someone else as they came in a split second literally within minutes of my mom, (AGAIN IM OUT OF TOWN).

WHY CALL 20 PEOPLE LOOKING AT THE SAME HOUSE? Not to mention we’re all paying application fees $50.00 for this company in particular. Please just save your money and go with other companies in town.

Poor property management will haunt you during your lease!
