I wouldn't recommend them for analytics services. I hired their team for a GA4 migration and ran into a plethora of issues: 1) Their analytics guy quit in the middle of the project, 2) They outsourced me to another company who ended up being extremely unresponsive, 3) I had to fight to get them to deliver upon the SOW, and 4) My GA4 set-up is still problematic because they didn't see it through and the company they outsourced me to didn't either. Ultimately, it was a giant mess that I'm still dealing with.
