I asked these clowns to develop a website for commercial use. Instead of coding it themselves they used store bought products and they STILL delivered a product (website) that wasn’t coded properly, had no protection using certificates and therefore it was frequently hacked, didn’t have any idea how to code WordPress with latest updates, and expected licensing for products I didn’t asked for to be used.

This company have low skilled IT people that really don’t understand e-commerce website or app (iOS/Android) development.
Stay far away from this company and any they created with a similar name.
1st Design Labs are absolutely atrocious.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the services you provided to me. As you are aware, I engaged your company to provide design services for my project and paid the full amount as agreed upon. However, despite repeated promises and assurances, you failed to deliver the product within the agreed-upon timeframe or at all.

I am extremely disappointed by the unprofessionalism and lack of accountability exhibited by your company. I have made several attempts to contact you regarding the status of my project, but your company failed to respond promptly or provide any reasonable explanation for the delay.

To add insult to injury, your company continued to harass me with demands for additional work after I requested to be left alone. Your unprofessional and aggressive behavior has caused me significant distress and inconvenience.

I trusted your company to deliver on its promises, but instead, I have been left without the product I paid for and subjected to unwanted harassment. This situation is unacceptable, and I demand an immediate resolution.

I hereby request that you refund the full amount I paid for your services and cease all further attempts to contact me. I reserve the right to pursue legal action if this matter is not resolved promptly.Additionally I would like to inform you that I have been advised by PayPal to report your company for fraudulent activity after your failure to provide the design services I paid for. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue with your company, I have not received the product nor the refund that was promised.

I have been extremely patient with your company and given your sales manager over three weeks to resolve this issue, yet no resolution has been provided. This has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration, and I am no longer willing to tolerate this behavior.

Your company's failure to provide the services that were paid for is a clear violation of our agreement and is a breach of trust. Your sales manager is responsible for this situation, and his failure to act has further compounded the issue.

I demand that your company immediately issue a full refund for the services that were paid for, as per our agreement. I will be filing a report with PayPal regarding your company's fraudulent activity, and I reserve the right to pursue legal action if this matter is not resolved promptly.

I urge you to take immediate action to resolve this issue and restore my trust in your company.

I paid for a website
They started working on the website
I got sick and once I got better I reached out to complete the job. I spoke to Alex he told me he finished the website I asked for the link to the website. He hanged the phone on me. Blocked my number and on Facebook. I am requesting a refund now from these thieves. There is no website link or website done and they stole my money.
Do not recommend them at all!!!

This is, by far, the worst experience I’ve had when working with an internet supplier company. They took one year to deliver iOS and Android apps both of which were not functional or ready for production. If anyone uses this company to build anything for them that involves code, I would strongly recommend to steer far away and find another company.

These people have been in business for 12 years they created a logo for my website it was poorly done and it didn't blend with my website even though they new what my website looked like. I believe it was just a scam to get more money. Professional crooks is what they are. They lied and said they would correct it but they didn't Didn't even contact me back. Run look for business elsewhere.

Extremely unprofessional. Seem very scammy as they promise all sorts of services via unsolicited robo text messages at a 70% discount. More in line with someone phishing for private information vs a professional company.
