Ben Kobetz helped us rehabilitate and sell a problem Property that I acquired in foreclosure. He functioned more or less as a general contractor, well beyond the duties of a realtor. He did a great job. I would hire him again in a minute.

This is an edit to a previous review--I cannot recommend this company, in my experience they are not honest. I gave my listing to my agent & without verbally telling me, she agreed to be the buyers' agent also. When I told her Broker he acted like it was my fault for not seeing her name on the offer & for not understanding that meant she had become a dual agent looking for two commissions. This caused me a lot of stress as I had no one unbiased to talk to.
Edit 1 year later & now working with W Realty buying my next house. It's infuriating to see listings for less than I sold my previous house for that clearly state who the buyer is being represented by & who the seller is. My agent from Kobetz represented both without telling me, only had to show my house once & got herself over $30,000 with the 2 commissions. Steve at W Realty is honest.

Five stars are not enough. We were first time home buyers and buying from out of the area. Benjamin was an incredible resource and guide though the process of buying our first house. He went above and beyond. We felt supported every step of the way because Ben was there to answer our questions and advocate for us with the seller and the bank. He knows all the right inspectors, contractors, and other local vendors. If we ever sell the house we just bought and buy another in the area, we will absolutely seek the services of Benjamin Kobetz.
