Purchased a sign for a vacation home, it came out exactly as advertised and extremely high quality, everything was cut with a CNC, the fit and finish was impressive.

Had it initially shipped to Canada and brought it with us on multiple flights,I kept it in the packaging and nothing was broken despite all its travels. Wooden frame around the sign with custom cut styrofoam inside a thick exterior.

Customer service was fantastic from start to finish, Eva was our representative - super responsive and helpful. 5-stars, would highly recommend!

I am very happy with my custom LED neon sign. The brightness is impressive, and build quality is great. My sales coordinator Crystal did a great job ensuring that the proofs were correct, and the shipping info was up to date. Crystal also helped me with a special mounting situation. Great job.

The entire process was fantastic, start to finish. I simply uploaded the design I wanted, with a short description of what part I wanted lit. In less than 24 hours I had a response from Eva with 2 sample ideas, the cost of each, and a link to pick which I would like for production. Once I selected and paid, it only took 11 days total to be produced and to arrive! The quality is incredible and I love it! Also Eva's customer service and response time was fantastic!

Everything was great about this experience. Choosing my sign on the website was easy and had lots of options. Customer service was great. They sent me a preview of my sign before everything was finalized. And today my sign arrived!! The packaging was excellent! And the sign is amazing!! I had tried a couple of other places before I found these people, and had a problem with both places. I highly recommend NeonSigns! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
