You shouldn't listen to the one star reviews if you're new or wondering if you should go with this consulting company because I have had nothing, but wonderful experiences with them. Everyone on the team are professional, one of the best customer service, and they are super knowledgeable in their field. They also get back to you in a timely manner and they are transparent in the work as well. You see with business, sometimes things don't always go according to our plans and if you can still meet in the middle to rise above it, then there's always a way to accomplishing your businesses goal. I've worked more with Jack on updating my site maps and he's never pressured me into making any kind of force decision. I also know many friends who are still with this consulting company since they have first opened. They have always completed their work in the most quickest time the county will allow them. You also have to remember that as your advocate (Flowra), it's YOUR job to also continue staying diligent in the paperwork process. If you read this long, kudos, we are all in this together. Cheers!

Flowra is an amazing team of knowledgable, friendly, hard working people. They are very helpful and efficient in navigating through all of the agencies and bureaus that are needed to move forward with cannabis licensing and permitting . I have found them to be poignant and on time through the permitting process and I would highly recommend them to friends and family ...and by the way that all of these reviews above and below were all on the same day and all within the same hour, they clearly aren't valid .

Absolutely incompetent workforce. Submits paperwork late, submits incorrect paperwork, sends invoice after invoice but gets no work done. Let applications go deficient for over 90 days and expire, but no one seems to be able to take the blame. Lisa will push the blame on Deanna, or Ana, or whoever it is that week. When you call them out for submitting paperwork incorrectly or billing you for work that was never completed, they don’t answer.

If you are looking for a company to help with getting your permit paperwork done for the county and state, please look elsewhere. Tons of people in the area have the same issue with this “consulting” company. What a scam. Don’t waste your time.

Just straight scammers! Taking hard earned money from us farmers. I cant believe a con artist company like this exist! I was scammed and know of 20 other farmers that have been scammed come to find out!

"Ana " the owner is a complete joke as well as her place of business! She does not keep her word and over charges citizens for information you could easily obtain from the water board and county planning commision. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would! This place is a money hungry scam, don't bother wasting any energy coming to them. They make promises in getting your permits but never do. This company should be shut down for scamming everybody and their motherrs.

Do not trust them! They will scam you out of your money and you still won’t be able to get what you need! They do not care about the people coming in- only about their money. I would go elsewhere if you’re looking for cannabusiness help.
