Hands down the easiest institutional lender to work with period. Their CRM and Portal is so easy to work with that a 10 year old could submit deals. Just in case you are hopeless with tech then one of the many employees will assist you. They have only one mission on their mind and that is to fund deals quickly with no drama. Even their processors have more knowledge than half of the “ loan officers “ in the industry. Call around shopping all day if you want to waste time. Call them if you want to fund a deal quickly. Also…. If you happen to get Sara working with your file then you just won the lotto. She is number one. Go ahead and find out for yourself.
