I have been in the pharmaceutical sales industry for over 25 years and I have been a President’s Club winner with each company. I have had ZS associates realign my territory many times. My wife is also a pharmaceutical representative with 20 years experience.

ZS associates is more than a fraud in creating territories and call plans. Their data base is so old that contacts are not only moved but they are inaccessible. It takes more effort to redo their realignment than they would ever truthfully present to a customer.

If any coporate Vice President believers in the voracity of ZS they are fooling themselves and creating a fraud on their own organization. More sales are lost with the use of ZS than if the company would do their own internal changes.

I love my industry but ZS has created a way for executives to make impersonal changes to call plans that will insulate themselves. All ZS does in the end is lose sales, frustrate the productive producers, and insulate the imperious.

Not impressed. ZS Associates were hired to attend an important all-day workshop, and during the second half of the workshop one ZS attendee texted on her phone the whole time and the other ZS attendee disappeared. ()
