I came to this shop with a simple request to print a bumper sticker honoring someone who stood for positive societal change. Unfortunately, they refused to fulfill the order. It’s disheartening that a printing service, which should be about creativity and expression, would deny such a request. I expected more open-mindedness and customer focus. This experience has made me rethink supporting this business and left me seeking alternatives that truly value diverse perspectives.

So helpful, I needed a last minute large picture for my father in laws funeral, they helped me as much as they could to get the best quality picture In a large size, they had my picture ready in less than a hour. They gave their condolences and although they should of charged more than what they did They were understanding and di not take advantage of our urge to get it done. We need more people like them in this world.

They are the best, anytime we need paperwork Acro is super quick about meeting are order. Customer service is always so pleasing to talk to. Lets not forget the delivery drivers, always a friendly face and so nice to chat with.

No desire to satisfy clients, a lack of communication skills, no creativity and a changing terms of agreement seem to be sticking points at Acro Printing. And unfortunately, these same negative traits are exactly why most people are outsourcing design to India based graphic designers...myself included. It's difficult to imagine how they manage to stay in business.

Just a sad, overall horrible experience, and the exact reason why America is no longer at the forefront of innovation.

The bottom line...avoid Acro Printing. They have pretty smiles, but it's the only thing they have going for them.
