I searched so long for a place that would do the embroidery I wanted for my university graduation sash and everywhere I went said they could not do it, but this place did it.

Poor customer service by woman at the desk today 10/26/23, not sure if she’s usually there, hopefully not. She was on her phone while my bf was asking questions and straight up ignoring him. Extremely rude and disrespectful, I will not be returning.

Edit because I can’t reply to the response below original review : The store was not busy when he came in, she wasn’t servicing anyone else . She was scrolling on her cellphone while he was asking her questions. She left him standing there after he asked her a question regarding pricing for something. If she was actively doing something else, common courtesy would be telling him to give her a minute.

I have to say that this business is amazing. I was greeted with a smile by Lupie and during initial visit she carefully reiterated what we wanted. I picked up the product today and was beyond impressed. My sons loved the results. Seeing my sons smile and enjoy themselves was marvelous. Thank you Lupie for the much appreciated work, professionalism, and friendly service. Above and beyond so this is my go to for embroidery from now on. If you want a fabulous experience, visit and see for yourself how great this location is to its customers. They do it all.

This is our first time and I walked in to drop off my teams hats and jerseys. The staff was friendly and the prices are great. Now we are just waiting for the finished product and I hope it's just as good.
